To turn the audio system ON/OFF, use the power sequencer on the Audio cart (Fig. 1) (there is orange tape around the power switch).
Turn on/unlock the tablet, open the Mixing Station app (Fig. 2), choose "xm32", and click “connect” (Fig. 3) to control the console.
Open the mic drawer to collect the correct, color mic for your event.
Make sure to put fresh rechargeable batteries in the mic (and return the batteries after your event). (Fig. 4)

Select the proper input on the video switcher.
1 = Building Live Feed from the Auditorium
2 = __________
3 = DVD Player
4 = HDMI for a laptop on-stage
5 = HDMI for a laptop in the booth
6 = Booth Desktop Computer (aka ProPresenter)
Use the projector remote [Fig. 6] to power on the projector located in the room (point the projector remote towards the projector transmitter) [Fig. 7].
Log into the computer with your provided credentials (if you do not have these, please email it@efree.org).

You can use the analog wall dimmers [Fig. 9] to control the “house” overhead lighting OR Plug in the USB cable on the back of the lighting console [Fig. 8] to use the stage LED lights (these are programmed and controlled from ProPresenter).
*Always remember to turn off the TVs/Projectors/Sound Systems that you use*
